These are back-of-envelope numbers based on typical usage patterns in the UK. Your actual savings depend on how often you use each product, your country pricing, and how you spend your GeraCoins. We publish the assumptions so you can plug in your own.

GeraRide: 2 rides/week, average £9/ride.
GeraMarket: 1 purchase/month, average £45/purchase.
GeraClinic: 1 consultation/quarter, average £65/consultation.
GeraHome: 2 services/year, average £110/service.

Annual spend across these five products: roughly £1,940.

Savings on Individual Prime

GeraEats: waived delivery on 48 orders × £2 avg = £96.
GeraRide: 10% discount on 104 rides × £9 = £93.60.
GeraMarket: free next-day on 12 purchases (avg saved £4 each) = £48.
GeraClinic: 15% off 4 consultations × £65 = £39.

GeraCoins boost (Individual, 25%)

Base GeraCoin earn on £1,940 spend at ~1% = 1,940 coins. Individual boost = 2,425 coins. The extra 485 coins is worth ~£4.85 in spendable value. Not life-changing on its own; it compounds over years if you stay in the ecosystem.

Net value (Individual)

Direct savings £287.60 + coins uplift £4.85 = £292.45 versus £99 annual cost. ~3x return.

Family (£199/yr)

Two adults sharing, roughly doubling the modelled usage: direct savings approximately £560, plus 35% boost on pooled coin earn. Net ~2.8x return with only two adults using it; more with kids on dependant slots.

Business (£490/yr flat, seats extra)

The Business tier is harder to back-of-envelope because team spend varies enormously. The cost typically breaks even on one GeraJobs hire plus a year of GeraLearn certifications for a single employee. Everything else is upside.

When Prime is not worth it

If you use only one Gera product monthly. Break-even point is roughly 2-3 active products.
If you are a heavy user of a product whose benefits Prime doesn’t affect (e.g. GeraJobs as an applicant — most applicant benefits are also in the free tier).
If you are infrequently in a Gera-operating country; the geographic usage window matters.

How to run your own math

A simple heuristic: write down every Gera product you have used in the last 3 months. If there are 2 or more, Individual probably works. If you live with other users, Family almost certainly works.

What changes over time

As more Gera products launch (the 2030-infra set — GeraNexus, GeraMind, GeraVoice, GeraLens, GeraWitness, and GeraSkills), Prime value compounds. Members get first access and founding-member pricing on each.
