How we price regionally

Blindly converting £9.99 at the spot FX rate produces prices that are reasonable in some countries and unaffordable in others. Gera Prime is priced by purchasing-power parity (PPP), so the relative affordability is similar in every country we operate.

This is the same principle services like Spotify, Netflix, and YouTube Premium use when they price differently across countries. It is deliberately not a loophole — using a VPN to access cheaper pricing violates terms.

Countries live today

Full Prime is live (or rolling out through 2026) in the countries where enough Gera verticals operate to make a Prime subscription worthwhile. Priority regions:

United Kingdom — £9.99/mo Individual, £19.99 Family, £49 Business.
Armenia — 2,900 AMD Individual, 5,500 AMD Family, 13,900 AMD Business.
Georgia — 25 GEL Individual, 49 GEL Family, 119 GEL Business.
Kenya — 1,500 KES Individual, 2,900 KES Family, 7,200 KES Business.
Uganda, Ghana, Rwanda, Nigeria — rolling out; check status page.
EU-27 — EUR equivalent with country adjustments.
United States — USD equivalent.

How country is determined

Your subscription country is set at signup based on billing address and payment method country. Changing country is supported but triggers a pro-rated price adjustment at next renewal. We do not allow mid-cycle arbitrage.

Cross-border use

A Prime subscription follows you. If you are a UK member and travel to Georgia, you still get Prime benefits on every Gera product you use in Georgia. The product itself is priced in local currency; the Prime benefits (free delivery, discounts, coin boost) apply the same way.

Payment methods

We support Stripe globally, plus local rails where they matter: Idram in Armenia, M-Pesa in Kenya, UPI in India, PIX in Brazil, iDEAL in the Netherlands. Business tier accepts invoicing.

Taxes and VAT

All displayed prices are inclusive of local VAT / GST where applicable. For Business tier the invoice shows the tax breakdown.

Where Prime is not yet live

Prime waits for product density. A country with only one Gera product running doesn’t yet offer enough benefit to justify a subscription; we’d rather you pay nothing and wait than pay for thin value. As more products enter a country, Prime follows.

How to request your country

Our priority list is informed by user waitlist demand. If Prime is not live where you are, indicate your country through the signup form on the pricing page and we track interest.
