The three tiers at a glance
| Tier | Monthly | Annual | Members | Target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Individual | £9.99 | £99 (save £20.88) | 1 | Solo users |
| Family | £19.99 | £199 (save £40.88) | Up to 5 | Households |
| Business | £49 | £490 (save £98) | Flat team rate with seats | Small teams |
Individual (£9.99/mo or £99/yr)
Pick Individual if you live alone, or if the other adults in your household don’t use Gera products. It unlocks every per-member benefit: priority GeraClinic booking, free GeraEats delivery above a threshold, member prices on GeraMarket, surge protection on GeraRide, 25% GeraCoins earn-rate boost.
The annual plan works out to £8.25/mo — the right choice if you are reasonably sure you will use Gera for the full year.
Family (£19.99/mo or £199/yr)
Covers up to 5 members on the same account, each with full benefits. Kids under 18 on a dependant slot get the same GeraClinic priority and GeraCoins boost. The GeraCoins earn-rate boost is 35% instead of 25%.
When to pick Family: if two or more adults in your household use any Gera product a few times a month, Family is cheaper than two Individuals. Everyone under one account also means pooled GeraCoins for shared household spend — noticeable over a year.
Business (£49/mo flat, seats available)
Team-oriented tier. Gives per-seat access for employees to the product set most teams use: GeraJobs for hiring, GeraLearn for certifications and training, GeraMarket for procurement, GeraRide for expensed rides, GeraCash for team expense flows. 50% GeraCoins boost per seat, centralised billing, admin dashboard.
When to pick Business: teams from roughly 5-25. Smaller teams can start on Individual or Family and migrate later.
Edge cases
Freelancer with a family: Family, plus pay Business seats only if your clients expect team tooling.
Student: Individual at £9.99. Student discount programme in development.
Shared household with 6+ adults: two Family plans is almost always cheaper than five Individuals.
How to switch tier
Tier changes are pro-rated. Switching Individual to Family is immediate; Family to Individual preserves remaining credit. Cancellation is anytime; benefits run to the end of the paid period.
Refunds
14-day refund on new annual plans if you have used fewer than two benefits in that time. Monthly plans are cancellable anytime but non-refundable.
