Free telemedicine consultations on GeraClinic, zero commission on GeraEats orders, priority rides on GeraRide, discounted shipping on GeraMarket, fee-free transfers on GeraCash — plus early access to new Gera products and games.
How much does it cost?
Individual: £9.99/month or £99/year (save 17%). Family: £19.99/month for up to 5 members, each with their own profile and usage. Business: £49/month per seat with expense reporting, team analytics, and admin controls. Prices are shown in local currency where available and settled to GBP.
What is included in the membership?
Unlimited GeraClinic telemedicine, zero commission on GeraEats (merchants pay a reduced rate), 20% off every GeraMarket order, free priority scheduling on GeraHome, 10% back on GeraRide as GeraCoins, fee-free GeraCash transfers up to £1,000/month, free GeraLearn courses, premium GeraGuard privacy protection, priority customer support, early beta access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no lock-in. Cancel any time from your Gera account and your membership remains active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees, no retention holds. Annual plans can be refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days.
Which countries is Gera Prime available in?
All countries where Gera Systems products operate — currently 50+ countries. Pricing is localised where a local currency account is available (Armenia, Georgia, Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, India, Philippines, Brazil). Local payment methods include Idram, M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, UPI, PIX, and iDEAL.
