Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Gera Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Gera Prime (“Gera Prime”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating a Gera Prime subscription or using prime.gera.services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The service

Gera Prime is a single subscription that unlocks unlimited, discounted, and priority access across the Gera Systems product portfolio. Specific benefits vary by product and country and may be added, modified, or replaced over time. The current list of included benefits is published at prime.gera.services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a Gera Prime subscription. The Family tier permits the primary subscriber to add up to 5 household members, including minors aged 16 or older with parental supervision and per-product parental controls.

4. Subscription, billing, and renewal

4.1 Plans and prices

  • Gera Prime Individual — £9.99 per month or £99 per year (saves £20.88 vs. monthly).
  • Gera Prime Family — £19.99 per month, up to 5 members.
  • Gera Prime Business — £49 per month per workspace.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT where applicable. We may charge VAT or local sales tax according to the laws of your country of residence. Prices in other currencies, where shown, are indicative; the charge is in GBP unless your billing profile is set up otherwise.

4.2 Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your saved payment method on each renewal. We send a renewal reminder by email at least 7 days before annual renewals.

4.3 Failed payments and dunning

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry up to 4 times per Stripe’s standard schedule. After 3 failed attempts your Prime benefits may be suspended. If all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled.

5. Free trial

New members may receive a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the end of the trial and you pay nothing. After the trial your selected plan starts automatically — we email a reminder 3 days before the first charge.

6. Cancellation and statutory cooling-off period

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@gera.services. On cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period starting on the day the contract is concluded. You can cancel for any reason within this period and we will refund any payment in full, provided you have not consumed digital benefits expressly during the cooling-off period after you acknowledged that doing so waives your right to cancel.

7. Refunds beyond the cooling-off period

Outside the statutory cooling-off period we generally do not refund partial months. We may grant pro-rated refunds at our discretion in cases of service outage, billing error, or hardship. Annual plans are refunded for the unused months on a pro-rata basis if cancelled due to a substantial service failure.

8. Acceptable use

  • You will not use Gera Prime to break any law or Gera product’s policies.
  • You will not share Individual subscription credentials. Family tier sharing is limited to your verified household members.
  • You will not use Prime to obtain commercial volumes of resold services without a Business agreement.
  • You will not interfere with Gera systems, attempt unauthorised access, or circumvent rate limits.

9. Member benefits across Gera products

Prime benefits (e.g. zero-commission rides, free delivery, priority booking) are applied automatically when you sign in to other Gera products with the same account. Some benefits are subject to country availability, fair-use policies, or caps; these are documented on each Gera product’s website.

10. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your subscription with reasonable notice for material breach of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or non-payment, or where required by law. On termination we will refund the unused portion of any paid period unless the termination is for fraud or serious abuse.

11. Changes to the service

We may add, remove, or change product benefits, prices, and features. Material price increases and material reductions in the bundled benefit set will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect; you may cancel without penalty in that period.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability under or in connection with your Gera Prime subscription is capped at the total fees you have paid us under that subscription in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights to bring claims in your country of residence.
